Can a single system really handle a larger Eagle home?
Often it can't — not well. The bigger floor plans in Two Rivers and Legacy usually want either two systems or one properly zoned system with dedicated dampers per wing. We load-calculate the actual house rather than guessing from square footage, and we'll tell you honestly when one right-sized system is enough.
Our HOA has noise and placement rules for outdoor units — what do you install?
We do a lot of quiet-operation work in Eagle: variable-speed condensers in the low-50s dB range, placement away from patios and property lines, and compressor sound blankets when a neighbor's window sits close. We'll site the unit to satisfy the HOA letter before anything is ordered.
