Thirty years, one valley

Cedar Peak Heating & Air started in 1994 with one used van, a box of hand tools, and a promise: show up when you say you will and charge what you quoted. Ray and Linda Calloway ran the company out of their garage on the Boise Bench for the first six years; their daughter Erin runs it today from our shop on South Cole Road, with a dozen technicians and installers — every one a Cedar Peak employee, never a subcontractor.

Some of our customers have been with us through three furnaces. Some of our technicians have been with us through two generations of owners. That kind of continuity doesn't happen by accident.

Licensed, bonded, insured

We hold Idaho HVAC Contractor license #HVC-C-8841 and carry full liability and workers' compensation coverage on every job. Our installers are EPA 608 certified for refrigerant handling, and every installation is permitted and inspected — we pull the permit and meet the inspector so you never have to think about it.

What we believe

• The quote is the price. You approve a written number before we start, and nights and weekends never change our flat repair rates.
• Repair before replace. If a $164 fix buys your furnace five more good years, that's what we'll recommend — even when a replacement would pay us more.
• Our people, in your home. Background-checked, badge-carrying employees in marked vans. You'll get a text with your technician's name and photo before they arrive.
• Leave it cleaner. Drop cloths, boot covers, and a shop-vac pass before we go. Your house should only look different because it's more comfortable.

Where to find us

Our shop is at 2180 S Cole Rd in Boise, and our service routes cover Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Eagle, Kuna, and Garden City every day. The office answers Monday through Friday 7:30am–5:30pm and Saturday mornings — and the 24/7 emergency line answers when nobody else will.
