Planned-maintenance agreements keep filters, belts, and coils on a schedule and put your business at the front of the line when the first 100° week or the first hard freeze hits. Do you work on restaurant equipment and make-up air?
We service the HVAC side of restaurants — rooftop units, make-up air units, dining room splits, and walk-in condenser airflow issues — and we schedule around prep and service hours. Refrigeration compressors and cook-line equipment go to a dedicated refrigeration outfit, and we're happy to recommend the ones we trust.
What does a commercial maintenance agreement include?
Quarterly or semi-annual visits sized to your equipment: filters, belts, coil cleaning, drain treatment, economizer checks, and a full operating-readings log per unit. Agreement customers get priority dispatch — ahead of first-time callers — and a discounted hourly rate on repairs. Pricing is per unit per year, quoted after a free site walkthrough.
Can you replace a rooftop unit without shutting my business down?
Almost always. Crane sets are scheduled before opening — most swaps have the old unit off and the new one running before lunch — and we handle the permit, the crane, and the disposal. For multi-unit buildings we stage replacements so conditioned areas keep running while we work.
