Duct Cleaning
Whole-home duct cleaning with negative-pressure equipment — one flat price, photos before and after.

If your registers puff dust every time the blower kicks on, or you've just finished a remodel, your ducts are probably due. We use truck-powered negative-pressure vacuum equipment with rotating agitation whips — not a shop vac and a prayer — to pull years of dust, drywall grit, and pet hair out of every supply and return run. The job covers unlimited vents at one flat price and finishes with new filter installation and before-and-after photos of your ductwork, so you can see exactly what you paid for.

Common questions
How often should ducts be cleaned?
For most homes, every 4–6 years is plenty. Do it sooner after a remodel or new construction, if you've moved into a home with previous pets or smokers, or if you can see visible debris blowing from the registers.
Will duct cleaning help my allergies?
It removes the dust, dander, and pollen load sitting inside your ductwork, which many customers notice within days. Pair it with a better filter — we'll recommend the right MERV rating your blower can actually handle — for the biggest air-quality gain.
Is $349 really the whole price?
For a single-system home, yes — every vent, both trunks, and the return, with no per-vent add-ons. Homes with two or more separate systems are quoted up front before we schedule. The optional sanitizing fog is the only extra we offer, and only if you want it.
